| Release (2) was released by Chapter III records, an affiliate of Gold Circle Entertainment, Inc. As the soundtrack for TND still wasn't complete when it was released on release (1), the music of the last third of the film is missing there. This music (26 minutes) is included on the Chapter III release on tracks 12 to 18. This CD is also not complete as it does not include the title song by Sheryl Crow, "Surrender" (K.d. Lang) and "Station Break". |
| The US Special Edition DVD releases (both the first and the second one) also includes a music only track. That one already has the volume edits, so the volume goes up and down in order to support the other sounds in the film like dialogues which aren't heard on the isolated music track. It means that there are several parts of the sound track where nothing at all is heard. |
| There is also a soundtrack for the TND videogame released by Chapter III Records at the same date as release (2). |
