In it's november edition  the German yellow press paper  "Neues Blatt" reported that Tom Jones will perform the 007 song in  the next Bond adventure which is scheduled to be released in 2002. The article says that Tom Jones pushed Robby Williams out of the job, who was according to several news storys already a candidate to perform the title track for the latest Bond film. Tom Jones who had a successful comeback with his album "Reload" in 1999 already did the the title track for the 007 film "Thunderball" (1965). As an interesting fact Robby Williams did an duet with Tom Jones on the "Reload" album. I don't believe it 100% that Tom Jones will perform the title track for Bond 20, as this news story wasn't confirmed anywhere else and the personal decissions for the Bond film aren't usually fixed about  2 years before the release date.
