According to the Madonna Fan Site MadonnaPower the new Bond title track will be released as single on October 28, 2002. It is not mentioned wether this is a world wide release date or just the date of the UK release. You will get informed on these pages about details as track list, cover, different kind of media formats (It is supposed that the single will also be released as DVDSingle including the music video) as soon as these are available.

Now also the radio and video release dates have been announced. The video will have premiere on radio October 07 and the video will be shown simultaneous all around the world by MTV October 10, 2002. 

Dates to remember:

07 October 2002: radio release of "DAD"
10 October 2002: video premiere on MTV
28 October 2002: single release
