| Details on first phase of 007 soundtrack rereleases |
|
EMI confirmed the release of remastered James Bond soundtracks celebrating James Bond's 40th anniversary in cinemas. The release is split in 2 phases. As already written in an older article the first phase of release (February 11, 2003) consists of the following soundtracks:
The disc are released as digitally remastered 40th anniversary reissues. They contain new liner notes and additional photos. "OHMSS", "Diamonds Are Forever" and "Live And Let Die" also contain previously unreleased bonus tracks. All discs will be released in a special 40th anniversary reissue design (see pictures below). In fact, as we all know, the 40th anniversary was already a year ago. Thus the discs come a little bit late but let's enjoy the 40th anniversary reissues anyway. The reissues are announced to remain Midprice titles what makes collecting them all at least a bit cheaper.
